All orders are shipped from Switzerland . I ship both domestically and internationally, and each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• The works are shipped in rigid envelopes, tubes or reinforced boxes, depending on the type of piece.

• They are not shipped with a frame , unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• I use recyclable materials whenever possible.

• Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days .

• Custom orders may require more time (I will specify this in the description or contact you directly).
